Our Founder
Austin Madinga made a simple but powerful observation: Malawi’s tourism offerings are world-class, but the stories being told about them are not. As a media and communications strategist with over 17 years of experience, Austin saw a critical gap between the incredible on-the-ground experiences and the digital marketing used to promote them.
Utale Outdoor aims to bridge that gap. We are not a traditional tour company; we are a media-first agency dedicated to building the strategic assets that help Malawi’s tourism businesses thrive. Our integrated model is our unique strength: we combine the strategic insight of a marketing agency with the authentic, on-the-ground expertise of an adventure operator.
